Ingredients
- 2 loaves of french bread, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8-ounce) carton of plain yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 & 1/4 cups of diced ham (about 6 ounces)
- 1 (10-ounce) package of chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
- 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cut the french bread into small cubes for dipping
- Combine sour cream, cream cheese, yogurt, and garlic powder in a bowl; beat at medium speed of a mixer until smooth
- Stir in ham and spinach
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over spinach mixture
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated
- Serve warm with bread
